Cancellation Policy:
The refund window is to 25 October 2025. To receive a full refund, less a €75 processing fee, your cancellation notice must be emailed to Brian Mandrier - [email protected] by 25 October 2025. No refunds will be issued after 26 October 2025. In the event of conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, IOLC is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant, including, but not limited to, the cost of airline tickets, other travel, food, or lodging. Requests should be made to IOLC Headquarters by emailing [email protected].

Payment Policy:
If you want to pay your 2025 IOLC registration by bank transfer, payment must be received in full no later than 1 November 2025.
