Cancellation Policy:
The refund window is open until 1 October 2026. To receive a full refund, less a €75 processing fee, your cancellation notice must be emailed to Brian Mandrier - [email protected] by 1 October 2026. No refunds will be issued after 1 October 2026. In the event of a conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, IOLC is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant, including, but not limited to, airline tickets, other travel, food, or lodging. Requests should be made to IOLC Headquarters by emailing [email protected].

Payment Policy:
If you want to pay your 2026 IOLC registration by bank transfer, the payment must be received in full no later than 15 October 2026.
