Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, IOLC is extending the refund window to 23 September 2022. To receive a full refund, less a €75 processing fee, your cancellation notice must be emailed to Brian Mandrier - [email protected] by 23 September 2022. No refunds will be issued after 23 September 2022. In the event of conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, IOLC is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant, including, but not limited to, the cost of airline tickets, other travel, food, or lodging. Requests should be made to IOLC Headquarters by emailing [email protected].

Covid-19 Regulations:
IOLC will strictly adhere to all policies in place at the start and during the conference by the city of Barcelona and venues during IOLC 2022. Please be aware the agenda and venues, food & beverage functions are subject to change at the sole discretion of IOLC Leadership.

Payment Policy:
If you would like to pay your 2022 IOLC registration by bank transfer, payment must be received in full no later than 23 September 2022.
