To receive a full refund, less a €75 processing fee, your cancellation notice must be received in email to Brian Mandrier - [email protected] by 4 April 2025. No refunds will be issued after 4 April 2025. In the event of a congress cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, IMCC is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant, including, but not limited to, the cost of airline tickets, other travel, food, or lodging. Requests should be made to IMCC Headquarters by emailing [email protected].

Payment Policy:
