Cancellations submitted more than 90 days before the congress start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the sponsorship fee. Cancellations submitted within the 90-day window are non-refundable and non-creditable. Please note that once IMCC begins electronic promotion of a sponsorship (typically within 90 days of the event), no refunds will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date. All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Managing Director.
