The International Museum Construction Congress (IMCC) enters its 10th year. IMCC brings museum leaders and design professionals together in some of the most prestigious cultural venues worldwide to discuss and share their experiences on projects in a safe space. IMCC is also proud of the networking opportunities available during the congress. To maintain a community feel, IMCC limits the number of attendees to 250. We hope to see you in Copenhagen this November.

    This rate is for attendees who work in a museum, cultural facility, or university. Your email address must be from a museum, cultural facility or a university to receive this rate. This rate is for full congress registration. It does not include any tours on 1 November or the architecture walking tour on 2 November. Those items are a separate registration below. Please note that we have a capacity of 250 attendees. Be sure to reserve your spot early!

IMCC 2025 Terms & Conditions:

To receive a full refund, less a €75 processing fee, your cancellation notice must be received in email to Brian Mandrier - [email protected] by 10 October 2025. No refunds will be issued after 10 October 2025. In the event of a congress cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, IMCC is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant, including, but not limited to, the cost of airline tickets, other travel, food, or lodging. Requests should be made to IMCC Headquarters by emailing [email protected].

No financial information of any kind will be shared with any entity, non-member, or member at any time or for any reason. We value your privacy and do not rent or sell email addresses or contact lists. Any questions should be directed to Brian Mandrier, IMCC Managing Director ([email protected]).

Payment Policy:
If you elect to pay your IMCC 2025 registration by bank transfer, payment must be received in full no later than 17 October 2025. If a balance is still on the account at the time of the congress, admittance will not be allowed.
